EARTHTONES

CALL FOR ARTISTS AND COLLABORATORS
EARTHTONES is an environmental justice and arts festival in celebration of people of color’s connection with their environment. This event is led by student artists and environmental justice activists, and was first envisioned as an opportunity to re-center the environmental narrative around issues of environmental justice, indigenous histories, and healing. The festival is sponsored and supported by the Institute for the Diversity in the Arts (IDA), the Woods Institute for the Environment, the Haas Center for Public Service, Columbae, and Students for Sustainable Stanford. For each of the past two years, this festival has attracted over 500 students to the Stanford Farm to celebrate our intimate connections with the Earth and the student art and activism that protects it.

This year’s festival will take place on April 24th and 25th, 2020
